What happens after the 7 free days?
You get the whole app for a week, with no card taken up front. When the week is up, Mnevra asks you to subscribe to keep the AI going. Nothing is deleted if you don't — your memories stay browsable and exportable, they just stop growing until you do.
Is this the final price?
No — we haven't officially launched. The numbers on this page are our current working plan. If they move before launch, we'll tell you, and anyone who signs up early will be honoured at the price they joined at.
Are there usage limits on the Mnevra plan?
There are soft limits to stop a single bad afternoon burning through your month. They're generous for normal use, and — importantly — they adapt. If you've been quiet for a week, your next burst window opens up. If you're going hard from day one, the limits tighten to protect the rest of your month. You'll see a small status pill at the top of chat when you're close to one, and it tells you when the window resets.
Do I need an AI account of my own?
No. The subscription covers the AI — reasoning, memory and realtime voice all run on our accounts. There are no API keys to paste in and no second bill to watch.
What about family or shared plans?
Mnevra is deeply personal — your graph is yours alone — so we don't plan to offer a shared plan. We are looking at a family discount where each person gets their own private Mnevra at a reduced rate.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Subscription management happens through the App Store, so cancelling is one tap. Your graph stays intact and downloadable for 60 days after, in case you change your mind.
